Love Filled Weekend

This was a great weekend. We had great friends over for a Valentines Day Celebration.......it always feels so good to have a home to welcome everyone into and catch up and share laughs. All the kids played and  you would have thought a bomb went off with all the toys in the living room  as I feel happens everyday when Aydan plays. I just love having a house full of people, it gives you a sense of warmth and security.
I could not keep my hands off these ALL day!!!

The most adorable cookies that Jenn and Emily made.....I love that we got to keep the extras, and so does Mike with his never ending sweet tooth!

We enjoyed everyones homemade goodness that was brought to the table, you would have thought we were never going to cook again with the amount of food that we had. I had a wonderful surprise to find out that my friend Molly and Patrick got engaged....couldn't be more happy for them, who doesn't just adore and love weddings....I wish I could get married to Mike over and over!!

Our Next Day was all about Aydan!!! Valentines Day itself......we began the morning with some Yummy french toast that I dyed to be pink!! I just love being festive for the holidays.....all of them!!

There is nothing better than spending a nice cold days with the two that you love the most....I am thankful to have the both of them!

We finally got Aydan on his sled for the very first time!! He didn't want to get out of it. Then again I can't say that I would want to get up when someone is taking me for a thrilling ride all through out the icy wonderland in the backyard.

The little red sled that could......need I say more

Settled in and ready to go!!!

I love the excitement that he had as he continuously signed for "more"!!

In now for a cozy retreat......though he went unwillingly

And the little munchkin showing how he can hop like a frog like mommy can

Ok so I am thinking that I should certainly just give a slight background on Me and my sweet family who I just absolutely adore....My husband and I have been together for over 7 years now........
This is from our wedding on Old Silver Beach in Falmouth Ma

October 8, 2006

I ask him all the time if we can do it again.......

and Now we  have this beautiful little miracle that was born May 19, 2008.....his name is Aydan Joseph and he calles me mommy!!
He melts my heart in every way imaginable, anyone who is a parent I am sure can relate with their little one. It is such an indescribable feeling.....

Here  are some recent pics of him!!

This was the cover of his Christmas card....believe it or not he is in the bathtub for this....I needed something quick as I as super late getting cards out this year!

Always one who is up for helping his daddy....and Pop he followed them all around the yard "helping" split wood, he is just so proud when he can help with small chores...though he thinks that they are big....

this was actually a day I was doing photos for friend's daughter....I couldn't help but to catch him being cute in the act!!

This little man is my reason, as well as Mike my husband.......they have both made realize my purpose and I know just what to do with my life when I am with them!!
This will be my first time EVER blogging, I am sure I will mess it up up, but just like my life its mine to make mistakes and fix when they happen!!

I am Here

Wow, I can't believe that I am going to start a blog......

If you know me at all then you would probably laugh!!

I have been inspired by some amazing strangers and now it time to get with it and really do this. I have always said that I would keep a journal or something of the sort but I would write that one page and then it would never be finished!

This will be a challenge for me but I think it will be something that will makes me so happy everyday to do and share with my family and friends!! I'm super duper excited to do this!!

Ok here goes I am really going to hit "save" and it will be official.....which also means my hands will be back on my camera from here on out and I will never set her down no matter how much you laugh at me ;)
